Note: Some speakers may need to be raised, using adhesive, to give full contact with the connectors. You may attempt to re-use the previous adhesive from an old speaker, but fresh adhesive is recommended.

Using this summary in correlation with the video will insure proper instructions are given and a safe repair is made.
- The first step is to flip over the phone and remove the back cover and also the battery, sim card. Next using a T5 Torx screwdriver removes the 4 screws. Next using a safe pry tool, lift of the back cover.
- Peel off the copper metal backing, and then using a small flip screw driver remove the 4 screws. Next using a safe pry tool pop off the free pop ribbon connectors. You can now lift off the motherboard from the rest of the phone.
- Remove the back casing of the phone to get access to the housing and loud speaker. Remove old speaker and replace with new speaker. Use, or reuse, adhesive to hold the speaker in place and give it full contact with the connectors..
