This is a replacement daughterboard for the iPad 4TH Generation. This part includes the antenna that goes the length of the iPad and the headphone jack. If your iPad 4 seems to be in working order but when speakers or headphones are connected to the 3.5mm headphone jack you can't hear anything from them, then it is likely that the Audio Flex Cable / Headphone Jack on your device has been damaged and needs to be replaced.
